Family Mediation

Siblings often find themselves in the midst of a dispute over an inheritance, assets or funds. Through mediation meetings, with the guidance of an experienced and impartial mediator, the parties are able to achieve mutual understanding and agreement, most importantly, without damaging family relations.
After reaching and signing an agreement, the parties apply for the court’s approval, thus giving the agreement the force of a court judgment.
 

Divorce Mediation

When a couple decides to separate there are many issues to be settled. Mediation ensures that both parties are heard and that their specific needs are addressed. The agreement will cover issues such as alimony, guardianship of the children and the division of all assets. Mediation encourages and accommodates a respectful and efficient dialogue, which will support the parties during challenging times and help them to communicate and sustain a calm and stable environment for them and their children.

A well-known and proven method for resolving commercial and financial conflicts, Allowing all parties control over the outcome. The experience of the mediator is an important factor in achieving a resolution of the dispute and I draw on my experience as a lawyer and mediator in assisting the parties to reach a satisfactory result.
